What we collect

When you send the project form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, the type of project, an indicative budget and your message. We do not ask for anything else.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, run it. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to newsletters.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics, it will only count visits and will not identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@ashoagency.com and we will answer within 30 days.
