Edi-Mar Brand & Site.
A quiet brand and a sales website for five homes above the Kvarner

EDI-MAR Residence is a new building of five homes on the Bivio hillside in Rijeka, with two garden homes, two apartments with large balconies and a penthouse with its own roof. The developer already had a logo and a printed catalogue. We built a brand around that logo and a sales website that lets a buyer find a home, read its plan and see what surrounds it.
- Brand system around the existing logo
- Sales website in Croatian and English
- Level picker on the facade drawing
- A panel for every residence with its plan and room areas
- The building as floors that come apart on scroll
- Availability read from the sales office's sheet
- Stationery, signage, hoarding and key concepts
Five homes is a small number, so each one has to be understood properly. A buyer wants to know where a home sits in the building, how its rooms add up and what lies outside. The brand had to look as considered as the architecture without getting in its way.
- 01 — Few homes, many details
Gardens, balconies, three pools and a private roof, with net areas for every room.
- 02 — A mark built like the building
The logo is made of horizontal slabs and supports, and it had to stay as it was.
- 03 — Phone first for many buyers
Plans, floors and tables had to work on a small screen without covering the picture.
Built on the catalogue's layout
The system follows the Swiss layout of the catalogue. A photograph takes almost the whole format, the logo stays small in one corner, and text sits where the picture dissolves into a soft blur. One typeface in two weights, warm neutrals and bronze kept for foil.

From paper to the front door
A thin horizon line carries the letterhead and the cards. The same restraint runs through the concepts for the entrance plaque, the sign at the plot and the key given to a new owner, each in bronze, blackened steel or leather.

Choosing a level on the drawing
The site opens on the building by day or in the evening. Further down, the facade is a line drawing and the render shows through whichever level the pointer is on, with a leader line and a label. A click opens the home underneath.

The building taken apart
Separate floors from the catalogue's axonometry arrive one by one as the page scrolls, from the garage up to the roof, each with its homes and areas. It explains in a few seconds how five homes fit on three levels.

Every home with its plan
Each residence opens in a side panel with its photographs, the furnished plan, which can be zoomed and dragged, and every room with its net area, grouped into inside, outdoor and roof. Prices and availability come from the sales office's sheet, and a home without a status reads 'on request'.

EDI-MAR Residence has one visual language and a site that answers a buyer's questions home by home, in Croatian and English. All images of the building, the interiors and the printed pieces are visualisations.
